On average, Black women make $0.62 for every dollar earned by white men. At this current rate, Black women will have to wait until the year 2119 to earn equal pay with white men. It's time to #blackenthepayroll and level up Black womxn's earning potential.

Blacken the Payroll: Leveling Up Black Womxn in Tech is an event for Black womxn in (or aspiring to be in) tech. Learn from and with our pay equity squad and stay for a workshopping session on one of four actionable topics:
