About your mentors:

Niveditya (Nivy) Sivakumar is a Product Manager at Amazon. Her passion for supply chain and innovating on behalf of small business led her to Amazon, where she owns the shipment creation experience of FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Sellers. Previously, she worked at startups as a Product Manager, wearing multiple hats including that of a UX designer, project manager, QA, marketer and more. Outside of work, she is passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle, traveling and have been recently spending time on DIY crafts.

Matthew Knoot is a Product Manager at Idemia, the global leader in Augmented Identity, provides a trusted environment enabling citizens and consumers alike to perform their daily critical activities (such as pay, connect and travel), in the physical as well as digital space. He is a Product Manager working to deliver products that meet the needs of the users, the business, and translate strong user empathy into tangible products that people love. His expertise includes team leadership, agile software development, websites, data analytics, marketing, and product strategy and growth. Matthew enjoys generating new ideas and devising feasible solutions to broadly relevant problems.
