Financial wellness is tied to mental and physical wellness. This upcoming Wednesday, we are collaborating with Rachel Kaplan for a wellness class!
35 minutes of bodyweight resistance training to promote muscular strength and get your heart pumping. We will perform a hybrid of HIIT and Strength moves with a pilates influence to work the full body. Variations for all levels.
